WRAPS FOR MEAL PREP | 4 HEALTHY CHICKEN WRAP RECIPES

Here we go again with an amateur cook's recipe. You may achieve it if I can.

Today, we'll discuss four nutritious chicken wrap recipes that are excellent for meal planning. Each dish has around 500 calories per wrap and takes 30 minutes to prepare (including marinating time). We'll cover how to prepare mouthwatering chicken wraps with honey barbecue sauce, buffalo, Mediterranean, and Korean influences. So these chicken wraps are for you whether you're searching for a tasty dinner you can grab and go to aid in your weight reduction quest or simply seeking new and healthy recipes!

Are Chicken Wraps a Healthy Alternative?

To that, sure! You can make your wrap as nutritious as possible, depending on what you put in your wrap. I cooked four different varieties since chicken is a terrific lean choice and goes well with so many flavors.

You can consume foods from all four food categories when you use wraps. As a result, you have chicken for protein, tortilla for carbohydrates, cheese for dairy, and a variety of vegetables for fruits and vegetables.

It would be best to use a little more caution regarding sauces. Mustard and siracha are excellent options if you're seeking healthy alternatives!

What Should Go in a Chicken Wrap?

Although I've specified the ingredients below, you can change what you put in your wrap. The chicken must be included, but the rest may be altered.

Although I didn't include any since I don't like raw onions, they are a fantastic addition if you do! You may also omit the cheese if you're attempting to make this dish dairy-free.

Additionally, rice wrappers are a great substitute if you're searching for something lower in carbohydrates!

What to serve with wraps?

I never eat anything else but my wrap since I find it satisfying. With that stated, salads, fruit salads, or vegetables with hummus are some excellent side choices.

Wrapped Chicken in Korean Style

I wanted a spicy, dairy-free version of the Korean Chicken Wrap! The gochujang paste, which gives this dish its spiciness and exquisite flavor, is essential.

I served it with traditional vegetables, like lettuce, Avocado, cucumbers, and carrots.

Wrap with Honey and Barbecued Chicken

The first recipe I came up with was this one. All you need for this recipe are your favorite BBQ sauce and honey.

Pickles were a game-changer in this wrap, in addition to the traditional vegetables. In addition, this wrap has cheese and is dressed with mild mayo.

Extra BBQ sauce is optional if you plan on preparing this choice for later consumption; however, you may always serve some on the side. This will prevent the wrap from becoming stale and will keep it fresh.

A Wrap With Spicy Buffalo Chicken

Buffalo is one of my favorite sauces, so I included it in the lineup. Since all you need for this recipe is your favorite buffalo sauce, it's arguably the simplest to create.

The pickle is also a need for the buffalo chicken wrap since it offers a great acidic flavor that goes SO well with the buffalo sauce.

Chicken Wrap with Flavors from the Mediterranean

Not least among them is the Mediterranean chicken wrap. This one is a little trickier but just as tasty.

The chicken will taste better in the Mediterranean wrap if you marinade it longer. You may use your favorite tzatziki or my homemade Greek yogurt version, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
